Hi everyone
Considering getting a macro lens for canon 7D. So now I'm thinking about a ring flash for portraits and macro shots, but so many to choose from I'm trying to keep the cost down so one for about £100-£150 any thoughts. Thanks
 
I use the Ray Flash ring flash adapter on my Canon 580 exII and its great for macro and portraits. Relatively cheap and great to use. I have been eyeing up Yongnuo's YN-14ex too which looks like a cheap option to the Canon MR14 Macro lite.

Yes I liked the look of the Canon MR14 but a lot of money. I will check out your suggestions thanks mate.
 
I started using the Yongnuo's speedlites for a while until I found the canon equivilants at a price I was willing to pay and they are quite nicely built. With a large chunk of the price tag carved away it makes them very attractive.
