Can't help directly but until someone with more knowledge comes along, have a look at this site - http://www.geograph.org.uk/
There is an advance search facility where you could ask it to search for photos of bridges within X miles of Y. It won't help with parking but if you find a useful looking bridges the online Ordnance Survey maps will show if there are car parks nearby. Alternatively getting to the location via Google Street maps would let you see if there was any chance of parking up close to the bridge.
