I'm guessing not.....great shot though.
 
It looks like its only just fledged and is still looking for food from its parents, a bit scruffy too but a nice shot.

He looked normal when he de fluffed, then he fluffed up again.

Freshly fledged Robins don't have a red breast, they are speckled browny/grey/yellowy etc.

Yes, I thought the same. There were some trees giving off something like cotton wool pollen & I thought he had got caught up in it at first but then he unraveled like this.

Cheers, I didnt know that. It was the beak that threw me, its looks like a very young one in that shot, the second pic shows it different. We live and learn every day on here I'm pleased to say (y)
