Rock the Castle - first day using D200 in anger

I covered the above event today which was very similar to Rock the priory a couple of weeks ago. This gave me a chance to put the D200 through it's paces whilst using the D70 alongside with a differenet lens. All i can say is wow! After using the D200 for a couple hours the D70 felt almost like a toy. I'll do a more in depth review in a couple of weeks but what I have noticed is that there is very little, if any, post processing required with shots from the D200.

Enough of that, here are a few from today (both cameras).

I noticed that with my recently aquired D200, post processing seems to be minimal which is excellent! I took mine for a test drive down London and posted a thread

Top stuff, my favs are number 3 and 6. Both composed really well imo.

What a difference a higher resolution and good glass makes, this is a 200% crop of image #7 above which was originally shot in Jpeg, Fine, Large and has not been retouched.
