Rocky shorelines?

Hi all,

I'm after shooting some long exposure shots of rocky shorelines. Does anyone know of any in the North West of England?

Robin hoods bay just south of Whitby or a bit further south is Flamborough head,not really the north west but worth travelling for.
 
Thanks so much, I've been to New Brighton but not Crosby. I'll pay it a visit.

if your coming to crosby to shoot the statues do yourself a favour and check the tide times, ive seen loads of people turn up at high tide disapointed that they are under water


the shore from crosby right along past southport are clean open sandy beaches apart from the man made boulders used as breakwaters that you can see in the pics above so not really what the OP was after, if your after rocks then it wales you need to head for
