My second RAC in a row and another fantastic event. We did the full two nights and three days managing ten stages in total. Fantastic company all weekend and aside from one downpour in Pundershaw, we got off lightly with the weather considering the event is held in Northern England and Scotland in November. Even sleeping in the car in Kershope at -6 couldn't spoil it!

I'd recommend any motorsport photographer does this event at least once!

The first one is an absolute stunner. Real good show getting it back on stage after Friday night.
Love the Sunbeam shot too, its just a sexy car, and the livery is great in Autumn.
5 is really atmospheric too. It epitomises the feel of the RAC well.
But OH that stratos. Great shot mate!

Bloody nice shots, that white Escort looks like it's flying in everyone's sets. Got to get to one of these soon!

Some brilliant shots there mate! favorite shots got to be #5 and#8 keep up the good work!!

Like everyone else, I love your first shot where you've captured the Stratos down on its nose! But your whole set has movement and scenery and gives a great flavour of rallying!

Oh, how I miss autumn! Lovely use of light and colour, really like the low perspective shots (1 and 12).

Hope you have a great time on WRGB!

Every single one is extremely good, but the stand out shots for me are the two off camera flash shots and in particular #2. That shot just has huge amounts of atmosphere. Would you mind sharing your setup for those ones Rhod?

Cheers,

Simon.

All excellent, but 5 and 12 really do it for me, beautiful work!

Hats off to you sir, cracking set, and like everyone else. . . . that Stratos shot is bang on. . . . . .
Dave

I think no.2 and 3 are really good, as a rally fan no.10 shows the action brilliantly. Well done

Thanks for the comments all (y)

Thanks very much Si, this was my first attempt at off camera flash so quite pleased with how they turned out. I used Hahnel remotes to trigger the flash, which was set to manual at 1/16th power if my memory serves. In camera settings: 1/320th, f4.5 @ ISO 400.
