Room for improvement anyone??

try adjusting the saturation and levels in photoshop if you have it.

i like the it though and the sky looks like it could be really good.
.
how about trying a protrait position of the camera and going in closer in the statue.

another idea could be to go closer the rocks on the right and look up at the tower from there hopefully getting the rocks in the forground.

I hope you don't mind you have image editing ticked in your profile. I have given the image a crop and boosted the saturation a little. I think it has improved the composition a bit but as this is a very subjective medium it may not be to everyones taste.

Had a quick play in photoshop. Cropped, darkened with levels, increased the saturation and sharpened :) - oh and I used the burn tool a bit of the sky too!

Ha! ha! JL ... looks like we both had the same idea ... but your sky has a nicer depth than mine, so I wont bother posting :p

Btw, Danny, had to remove the image tags from your pic, image size is 800px on the longest side.
