Roses

My hubby bought me some roses today, so I quickly got my camera (as you do!) and had a go at some macro shots.

Just started, so any c & c welcome.

1. Taken with Sigma 105mm, remote flash SB800

2. Hand held with 18-105mm, on board flash (just trying it out)

I agree with Psenior.....is it too much water on the others maybe?

Really like #1 i prefer the softer colours!

I buy flowers for my wife.... but she knows i only do it so i can take pictures of them by the time i have finished chopping and pinning them they are pretty much dead!

1, 4 and 5 for me also. Lovely shots. For me, it looks like a little too much water on the others.

Lovely shots vicky. I especially like numbers 1 & 4. I love Roses and frequently bought them when i was married.
