Just wanted to commend Rotolight on their excellent customer service!

I bought a used Rotolight Neo through the TP classifieds, when I received it I saw that the filter cover on it was so incredibly loose that it would just fall off. It was unusable with filters.

On Wednesday 12/07 I contacted Rotolight for help.

Zoe at Rotolight has provided excellent communication by phone and email.

Wednesday, at their request, I sent the light and filter cover into them for inspection.
They replaced the filter cover and tested it to their satisfaction.
Today they have dispatched it for delivery on Monday.

I was concerned I was going to stuck with a dodgy Rotolight, I am very happy that they've resolved it and the way it was handled.
 
Just had a similar top end experience with Google.
My tablet on button failed to open the display on it phoned google support Saturday - new one here today!
