Round flash portraits

I recently bought a Round Flash as I have been doing more portrait work away from the usual studio setup, I was wondering if anyone else uses it and I welcome feedback on the 2 images I have used it on so far.

It's a lovely effect, works really nicely on their hair. Impressive post processing on the skin as well.

It does work well with the skin and hair, but I utterly hate the reflection in the eyes. I absolutely couldn't live with that circular catchlight, though fortunately there's photoshop.
