Might seem a strange question but are there any rules regarding photographing graves.
I recently spent an hour or so wandering around a cemetery in Perth and found some of the headstones and statues fascinating subjects.
Most of the graves I photographed were well over a hundered years old and some were war graves so I had the place to myself but unfortunately in other areas the cemetry is still in use and whilst I was well away from them there were people laying flowers on what were obviously recent or 'in the making' graves.
I like to think I'm a considerate person so I made sure I was out of view but it got me wondering whether or not 'councils' should (or indeed do) have some sort of rule for this kind of thing ????
