I can fully understand your interest in these buildings. The photo lacks 'punch' for me though. The lack of any detail in the sky doesn't help. Did you try any closer images?

Is this a little out of focus or is it me? Could do with some sky too.

Looks like a record photograph from the 39-45 war!

The composition could be better (that bit of road running along the bottom doesn't work) the sky is lacking, and you need to find some luminosity.
