Having sold my 300mm prime i feel naked.
and at the moment
due to personal reasons ..
anyhow im sure its gone to a good home and i am cheering myself up with the fact that i can now look at a better lens for my portrait work..

but i will need another ..

That's perfectly natural....especially if you'd been using it as a "fig leaf"

Were I to need a 300 prime for a "fig leaf", I'd be perfectly happy to be naked.

Hey dude - I feel your pain - it always hurts when a man loses length, and losing a whole 300mm (12 inches to the older guys) must really hurt

Only a really well-equipped man could still have enough left to keep flashing away without feeling inadequate at his shortness

I hope this loss doesn't affect your shooting too much m8 - just pick up what's left, give it a quick wipe and keeping banging away and I'm sure something good will come of it soon
