This is one of many many shots I took of two models back in December 07. It was my very first foray into studio work, and it was extremely rewarding. I walked away with many “keepers”, and an invaluable insight into the world of studio photography with models.

I wonder if it would have worked with the blonde at the front
might have just added a little light to the hidden eye (if you see what I mean?)

Not much PP once out of Lightroom. Just simple skin healing to remove blemishes.
The rest is just gorgeous girls ;)

Very nice.. If you've got the RAW just a quick lift of the Fill slider would do the trick m8..
 
Rather than do that (which would mean reprocessing the whole image ;)), I decided on a few simple edits :

Cloned out a few stray hairs, the necklines on Sam,
Some 'crows feet' on Bex have been reduce a little.
Couple of fingernails have been cleaned up of designs.
Bex's tattoo worked on a little more.
Few other minor tweaks.
And of course the shadow area of Sam's left eye, lifted in a separate layer and blended back into the image.

Here's the image, how's it looking now?

Do the skin tones not look a little too orange?
 
Hmmm for some reason, Firefox (and IE) isn't consistent with Photoshop.

I am running my proper monitor driver, colour calibrated.
Photoshop working space is set to AdobeRGB, but I've converted the image to sRGB for this link (as my web sized photos that I upload are sRGB).

Yet they both look different?
