Guys,
I think I am going to buy a new Nikon 200-400mm f4 II when I get off the rig in 10 days time. My usual supplier in KL has one in stock and says he will keep it for me if I want it. Anyway as I am sure you are all aware this lens is %$%$#@#@ expensive so I am just looking for some sample pictures to convince me that this is the best puppy for me (I know I can Google it but I prefer to get it from this forum as you also get comments as well).
I have already posted about getting a gimbal head and tripod for this lens and I am happy with the replies.
So right now I am 98% sure that this is the lens I want but I am also looking for ideas of what everyone out there that has this lens uses it for in picture form.
I am into Landscape, Wildlife, sports (only ever took pictures of the LPGA girls in KL and got into trouble for making a noise it wasnt me by the way)
So not only am I looking for how the pictures look but getting ideas of what I could also try for myself.
Forgot to mention that I plan to do a safari in Africa either in October or wait until the dry season next year
