Samyang 135mm F2 lens

I am trying to connect a Samyang 135mm F2 lens to Canon R5 with a Sigma 2x converter between. They physically fit and it appears to take a photo which when I remove the SD card is totally black.
An error message comes up about a communications error.
Is there a way to get this combination to work?
I am using manual mode.

There is no way to get that combo to work

No need for that. Simply don't click the lens assembly all the way into the camera and obviously be aware of that fact

However that combo sounds like a pretty pointless endeavour. Near enough most things with 2x converter are, let alone nom matching one.
