No idea if there are special ones, but just a thought off on a tangent. You could try using those neck pillows, pull the fibre out and fill them with sand/shot or speaker stand ballast. That way you'd have a "C" shaped bag which may (or may not) be better for your cause.
I bought mine from a US seller on Ebay - tried to find a supplier to sell me a wholesale batch, but the minimum order was 400 and the shipping to the UK for the empty bags was something like £600

apparently quite a few people use ankle weights (from a sports shop - sports and soccer aka the donnay shop will probably have them cheap) - they just have velcro and you can just put them round the bottom supports on light stands - and apparently they look pretty pro too
Just make some? Get some decent material from dunelm line sew it up and even add a zip if you want... then pop down to b&q buy some sand and stick it in some sealable pouches... the jobs a good'en?
My method cost about £4.
Went into the local sports shop and bought a draw string sports bag for about £1.50.
A 10kg bag of gravel from a pet shop for about £2 (the stuff that goes in fish tanks).
A cable tie for pence.
I think it looks ok to take on shoots and it does the trick. Had a 60" Calumet brollie in the wind with no trouble.
also, if I'm shooting 'just me' and one light, I just have a climbing style carabiner in my bag... clip it to one of the infinite loops on my bag and to the bottom of my light stand, works pretty well.
