Santa called today..

My first photo with it. Boring I know. My neighbours house.Iso 12800 hand held at f2.8. It was actually quite dark even though the light looks bright.
A simple non scientific shot. I had to convert raw to jpeg in camera because I think the new raw files are different to the D3.Apart from resize, absolutely nothing else done to it. I can't open them yet. Looking for an update on adobe etc.
I'll try and sort another shot once I've sussed the raw problem out.

Just tried it for you. Its weird. It clicks as you would expect, but seems to 'slide' closed if that makes sense? Makes a shussing noise. Not a definite click. Difficult to explain. I'll try more tomorrow and report back. Theres a fair bit to read up on this from what I've seen so far. Its not a D3. If you know what I mean.
