SATA controller card (PCIe)

I'm in need of a half height SATA controller card. They seem to have jumped in price since last time I looked a few years ago. I need only one port so looking for a two port card with internal cable fittings. I do not need RAID. It's for a security application so needs to be reliable.

Any product suggestions please?

Highpoint Rocket 620 or the Startech equivalent should do the job.
