hi all can anyone tell me why you never see lamb sausages!!!!!!!!!!!!
any ideas? or have i just got too much time to think of rubbish:shrug:
 
Have you tried a butchers?

If you did they would be New Zealand lamb and cost the earth. Can't seem to buy Scottish/British lamb anywhere despite us being snowed under with the bloody animals!
 
Try your local farmers market for all sorts of unusual sausages. We had goat sausages last week - and very nice they were too!

Our local farm shop also does lamb ones, now I come to think of it.

I can tell you why I never see them (Veggie)....but not sure I can tell you why you dont see them!

Most probably because sausages these days havent really seen much of the animal theyre supposed to have come from (usually...lol) Unless you shop at a good butchers of course.

Maybe the lamb doesnt work well with all the filler, breadcrumb, and chemicals they shove in?

Besides, have you seen the price of lamb? lol
 
my butcher does 'em. and mighty tasty they are too.
