Unusually for a moth these are on the wing in the daytime, from June through to early August.



[Canon 5DIII / EF 24-105mm f/4L at 105mm and close focussing / f/8 / 1/60 sec / ISO200 / natural light]
 
Excellent capture showing some nice detail with those colours on the moth,certainly the foliage adds nicely to the photo.
