A few from last week - playing with the length of exposure on a few and I know that the sun/sky is 'blown' on a couple - not much I can do to correct it is there?

wow
i have been to the scillies many times and never got as good as these
i would discount no 2 as being in the same set as the other three
and of those i like no 3..or second in the set of three
the last shot...good idea but just seems a bit off balance
cheers

Not sure the first one works for me due to the wind blurring the flowers, the other three stand out much more though :)

Absolutely love the last one. It has that great punch feel!
Lovely shot and great timing!
Second to the last one is great too.
These 2 are the ones that really stand out to me out of the rest of the set! :)
Great work :)

Me to liking #3 alot. apart from the blurred and out of focus piece of ground within the foreground, just feel there is more than enough interest throught without that distraction IMO minor I know.

3 and 4 are great shots, 4 especially with the spray hitting the rocks.

All are a lovely set (in a great location), but I have to say that the last shot REALLY works for me...in a big way.

Number 3 is my choice. It would be better a little, if you try to work with the sky on the right side.

How can I improve it? I assumed that as it was so blown, there wouldn't be much I could do? Post Processing isn't one of my talents...
First of all, you can use gradient filters but I prefer to take 3 pictures (with a tripod of course) with different exposure and mix them by the photoshop lately
