32G? Depends on a lot of things but I have 2 cameras, each with 2 cards in them, each slot I have 128G in each shooting dual. So there are 256G of storage per wedding. I don't fill it but I don't worry about running out either.

In terms of speed, it depends on your camera, it will be as fast as the camera can write so a 90mbs card doesn't get you faster write if the camera can do 48mbs write, so you need to know that first. Personally I get as fast as they make them.

Too many just look at the card capacity gb and not at the MB/s speed. A slow speed card will quickly hit the buffers in continuous shooting mode and stall waiting for the card to catch up with the camera.
it also depends on the camera as to how many shots get onto a card. Say you have a 6 mexapixel camera you will get a load more on it than a 36mexapixel camera

I don't even consider now anything under 95MB/s with Sandisk irrespective of card size(gb)

Why? because it has the capacity so no need to do a card change at an awkward time and still fast enough to prevent buffering. yes may be a bit more expensive but worth it.

The answer is, as others have said, don't compromise on cost it is not worth it
You don't say if your keeping the card or handing it over to the couple ,the latter I would not do

Your camera will depend on whether you can take advantage of a memory cards speed. Some cameras will be the bottleneck others it will be the memory card.

My go to memory card was the SanDisk Extreme Pro 95mbs cards. They have recently updated this card to a 170MBs version but that’s only max read speed rather than write speed. Amazon usually have so good prices for memory cards, just make sure you buy from amazon themselves rather than a marketplace seller.
