Searching for the right HD-DSLR!

Hi,

I am in need of a new HD-DSLR around the £550 mark. Features that are a must are HD recording capabilities up to 1080p and selectable frame rates, up to 30fps.

Models I have looked at so far are the Canon 500d, Canon 550d and Nikon D5000.

The Canon 500d seems to be the best fit to my price range but lacks full 1080p HD recording in 30fps, and I believe auto focusing during capture too?

If someone could point me in the direction of a particular model that has these features or you are selling one that is within my price range, it would be much appreciated!

The 500D is not capable of recording 1080p at 30fps. I'm pretty sure it's 1080p @ 20fps AND 720p @ 30fps. The 550D captures 1080p @ 30fps though. Hope this helps and I'm 90% sure what I said is correct lol.

None of the above auto-focus during capture (well perhaps face recognition to some degree), and I doubt that any DSLR will auto-focus at all presently.

The D5000 doesn't do 1080p and the 500D only does 1080p at 20fps.
