For some reason I really like shot 1. Not sure what it is about it that I like, but for some reason I think it works really well. Would like to see a colour version as well though!. Could perhaps try a light contrast mask to bring out the fore groud a tad though.

#1 for me, feels desolate and bleak (though I guess it would, being December and all )

I'd maybe try and tweak the foreground just a touch, to bring out a little more detail, but thats just me
