Section 44 again!

what an hysterical post by the mail about the police 'just for a change'. The lead in does not even mention Section 44, they just link in to historic references for conspiracy theorists et al to go off an a tangent. However over zealous security guards from a US bank............. say no more. Cops reacting to an over egged complaint from said security guards ......... Its ther job. It does not go on to explain How i'm sure the Pro Tog explained the situation and everyone left happy, maybe even the security guards feeling extremely stupid? Who knows as the mail just jumped straight into Cop bashing......again!

Well done walter for posting a thoroughly non biased opinion

I,ll need to stop going out taking pics in my camoflage gear..lol.

If it was an American bank the togs lucky he didn't get a cruise missle dropping on him. ;)

The've had to sensationalise the story to make it palatable to their numpty readers, but at least The Mail has brought the issue into the wider public scrutiny.

I wish they'd do the same for the modern tendency to scream "paedophile" when a photo is taken within a mile of a child, but the Mail and its ilk are largely to blame for this in the first place :bang:

A.

Daily Mail = Can't even be arsed clicking. It'll be a load of sensationalist crap

What I like best about this is the poor quality images used from Alamy

and pray tell which newspaper is not?

I'd say the Telegraph or the Times (at least to a lesser extent ;))
But the Daily Mail is the worst for sensationalism.

The other red tops just make **** up

Guardian. The left are the true opponents of the police state.

;-)

(Note that I have no intention of getting into a left is police state argument. And the current government is not left wing.)

Telegraph I agree

Times nope

I know from personal experience, (back page) quite a complexed thing too, ...that the Telegraph got it bang on and the other big sheets at the time all waffled a tad too much.... and downwards etc.
