Secure ballhead for monopod

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a sturdy ballhead for use with a monopod capable of supporting a 5D mkii and a 100mm-400mm lens

I had similar problem until I realised that manfrotto 234RC is enough. I thought I'll need the ball head to move up, down, left, right. I can easily move the whole set together with monopod. Ball heads are more useful with tripods IMHO.
BTW.
Calumet is selling their head which is very similar to manfrotto but cheaper. I'll find the model for you and post later.
