Sensor cleaning on FF

I've done a wet clean on crop, but the "pads" i got are much narrower and I am wondering what do you guys use to do a wet clean on a FF sensor?

It's been 18 months and i can see dust at F/7 so it needs a clean !

you can get correctly sized pads for FF

There's nothing to stop you using up any existing supply of narrower pads though, if you have any.
