The sepia shows much more detail in the shadows and I like it. I'd be tempted to bring a very small touch more of colour back into though :)
 
I don't usually like sepia...but I think the setting in which this photo is took is ideal for the sepia.

So sepia it is..

I like b/w photography but for your photo I agree with the other comments, sepia works very well and shows more detail.

this. I think it also helps that the Sepia isn't overcooked, as it so often is.
 
I prefer the B&W one. It's a bride so I like the white dress (call me old fashioned) and i think there's only a tweak on levels between the two for seeing detail
 
Sepia for me.

I think the setting really cries out for that sort of treatment and seeing the two side by side I'm finding the B&W feels a bit cold. I'd perhaps tone down the saturation a little so it's not quite so sepia if you know what I mean ;)
The Sepia one also looks to have been a better conversion with more visible detail in the rear panelling.
