Here are some images from last June. All were taken with an SX10IS using flash (diffused or reflected). All used the Raynox 150, Raynox 250 or Canon 500D close-up filter (don't know which used which).

3 This one was quite small. By my calculations the insect's body was in the order of 1 to 2 mm long. It was taken using full zoom (= maximum magnification) with the Raynox 250, my strongest close-up filter, and the image was cropped quite a lot too.
