Couple of things

1. Composition and "those houses" - is it possible to get ahead of these houses and shoot the view of just the cliffs and beach. They totally kill the shot for me
2. I think you could lift a little more out the raw. I process exclusively in curves/levels and would probably recommend a slightly higher mid tone point and slightly higher 1/4 point value on the RBG tone curve.

Classic view. The bottom half of the image needs to be lifted very considerably. The sky is nice. Try printing it and you'll see exactly what I mean.

I really like this, and on screen it looks great. LLP is right about needing to lift the bottom (and the image generally) if you want to print it.

I lifted the shadows a bit and replaced the original image post.
