Share my pain

Well,i got home last night and turned on the pc..a little burning prog i have asked me if i would like to download an update,i did this,which i always do with no problems in the past..rebooted as i was told to do..AND THEN it happened..the pc went apeship :nuts: was up till 2am this morning trying to recover everything all to no avail..got up this morning,looked at the pc and thought 'you aint beatin me' :nono:
Spent most of the day formatting and restoring..
Its not till times like this you realize how many little programs and tools you use,anyway all done now..
Thought i'd share my pain with you..

Yes i think i have..as the days progress i'm sure there will be something i have missed..i usually stash anything of any importance on a seperate drive..we shall see

You always seem to lose something, but it never seems to matter in the end. I think I have a core of 5 programs that I absolutely cannot do without, the rest just seem to gather dust in corners of my hard drive. Data is no big deal since I keep different backups of everything, except once when I lost years worth of emails, that hurt. The reinstalling is a pita though, getting everything to look like it did and act like it did.
