sharpening in camera D 300

I'm doing some shots for a friend,then in a couple of days later going on hols ,so I'm just going to do the shoot and give him the card to get them printed.

I always do sharpening In elements 5 after, so what setting in the Nikon D 300 do I set for in camera .
Set on A (auto)
Or in the 0 to 9 set around 5 ?

It's indoors at a dance school and he wants shots showing the dancers and the size of the ballroom, so no flash, high ISO ,tripod ,10-20 Sigma

And in camera sharpening set to :shrug:

Yes 5 should be fine, the base sharpening settings for Neutral, Standard, and Vivid go 3, 4, 5 I think.

Mine are off ,but this is for straight printing without post processing and with these the image comes out slightly soft without it being sharpened.
