Sharpness

Hi guys,

I am still comming to grips with my camera but slowly learning things a bit at a time.

However, I'm confused as to what the sharpness setting does on my camera.

I can choose, Soft, Normal or Sharp. Am I right in saying sharp will give me the best quality image, or should the sharp setting only be used in certain shots?

Might find the sharp setting processes too much in camera and you would be better off using the standard setting and sharpening with editing software
