Shoulder Camera bag for Camera & 3 lenses.

It must be a shoulder strap. Two of the lenses are average size but the third is a longer one & I need to fit it in the case with the camera attached & be able to swap around the lenses. I don't want too big a bag. Its really a bag deep enought to take the Large lens & 2 others with one of the 3 lenses always attached to the camera. Any Ideas?

How about one of these? Ive got one and can fit a gripped 50d & 17-55 IS in the top, 70-200 2.8 in the deep section and that leaves a couple of other slots in the trap door for a flash/lens etc.
