Nice try, aquarium photography is damned difficult!

Looks like the focus is off though - the corals further back are nice and sharp but the critical head/eye area looks pretty blurred to me.

Focus looks slightly off but, as Tom said, this type of photography is difficult at the best of times.
I really like the colours but think that the whiskery things are quite dominating & think that because of this I'd be tempted to move out a little or go landscape to include a bit more of the environment.
Not sure how much aquarium photography you've done but think that you've definitely got a solid foundation with this

looks like the shutter speed was a little too slow for the shot really, the the whiskery things are showing a lot of movement especially the back 2, as Mike said there is a great solid foundation here, persevere and you will crack it no problem

Colours are fantastic by the way
