Shutter actuations

Can anyone put me onto a software programme( preferably free) that will allow me to access shutter actuations on my Nikon D300. I have a programme called Photome but it does not show on the exiff data in that programme.

Or, if you use flickr the shutter count appears on the exif data.

I find KUSO Exif 3.0 very good. I downloaded it manly for the use with the mouse right click.
You can view shutter count according to the site.
