Yes
Most DSLRs have a shutter life of around 100,00.
Does this affect your photography in any way? Do you care or just ignore it?

Don't care at all. If insane to try something I will. My camera is there to be used. But that's just my view

a 100,000 is loads,if you were to keep your camera for 5 years,it would be 54 shots everyday.

Nope

Life's too short - just get out there and take your photographs.

The only point I'd add is turn down the machine gun setting if you don't need it.
