Not sure if anyone else ever gets bugged by this but since using a Blackrapid Strap a constant annoyance has been the command dial accidentally being jogged whilst the camera is hanging from the strap.
I mainly tend to use 1/60, 1/125 & 1/250 but often find that it has mysteriously changed which was pretty frustrating!
Only today I discovered a very handy "shutter speed lock" menu which seems to solve this problem.
At first I thought all very well but it's going to make it much harder to change shutter speed when I want to change it.
The answer to this seems to be to program the AF-L button to lock and unlock the shutter speed dial. I don't ever use this button so seems the ideal solution.
