No - Sigma Teleconvertors are specific to Sigma lenses I'm afraid.

Sigma TCs will fit and function on all brands of lenses, provided there's sufficient clearance behind the rear element of the mother lens.
Without actually trying it, I'd be surprised if there was a problem.
