Sigma 120-300mm f2.8

Looking around for a possible lens upgrade this winter for motorsport shooting - I currently use a Canon 100-400mm on a 1D mark ii body - I love the combo when the weather is nice, but once it gets overcast/darker it struggles alot to keep up with motorsport/karting.

I've been looking around and I see a few good reviews for the Sigma 120-300mm F2.8 Sports... If anyone in this forum does us it, post your results so I can have a gander to help my decision making

I use this lens for motorsport and I reckon its the best long lens under the 300mm 2.8 prime.

It takes TCs well too.

I use one but not the new 'sport' model.

Very happy with it, great DOF too for pitlane stuff
