Sigma 14mm F2.8 - anyone rate it?

I'd like to try one. My 12-24 and 15-30 seem to spend all their time at the wide end, so a prime with a good max aperture seems to be the way to go. I have the Sigma 20 1.8 which is good, and wider would be nice.

There's limited "official" review information around but I did find quite a few user reviews, most been positive - it's weakness seems to be flare because of the bulbous front element.

I've just bought a used one anyway, not paid too much so even if I don't like it I've a chance of recovering the cash on Ebay anyway

I believe it's not as bad for flare as the Nikon 14/2.8, and it focuses closer. I've got one too, it's decent for the money, but doubtless the 14-24 is better all-round. I uploaded a test-shot here. I don't know how it fits into the Pentax line-up.
