sigma 150-600 "C" longer foot plate ?

As above, has anyone else found the foot plate on the contemporary lens a bit short ?
I would like to find a longer one, about the same as what is fitted to the sport model.
Has any of you bought a replacement and what has been the best.

I fitted an arca swiss longer plate to mine for tripod mounting, it helps a bit if carrying to hand held.

I to fitted a 100mm or 120mm (can't remember now) arca Swiss plate.

This is the only minus point of the lens, going from the Sigma 150-500mm, I do miss the longer foot plate.

i have ordered a 100x40mm longer foot plate, it should be here this week
