sigma 150-600 to Sony A7RII

Considering getting a sigma 150-600 c to go with my A7RII and I know of all the pitfalls and problems I will get but I was wondering if the Sigma MC11 or a Metabones mkiv would be better for this combo? Both on latest firmware. Purely after advice on the best way to adapt the sigma 150-600 c canon fit to a Sony A7RII. Thank you in advance for all advice.

Go for the mc-11. Sigma to sigma and considerably cheaper.

Can’t comment on the Sigma, but have you also considered the older Tamron which is available in A mount and using the Sony adaptor? I’ve read this may be a better option - though the information I read was a few years old.
