Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro (older version still available?)

Daft question but I'll going to ask it anyway....

Are the MKI versions still available (new) to buy and where if anyone knows & also what happened to the old stock before the latter OS version was then stocked...

As surely there is still some old stock flying around somewhere, but trouble is trying to find out where... As do shops send any old stock back to Sigma :shrug:

This amazon marketplace seller has two left in stock.
Price isn't very good though. For that much, I'd be sorely tempted to just bite the bullet for the OS version.

For half that you could get a mint used Nikkor 200 f4 AiS Macro

I've had the 180mm before but that was on a smaller nikon body (D40 or D60) may have a look at that - but would rather the 150mm as have had a couple of them in the past....

I doubt there was much old stock around as it wasn't easy to find and I had to order mine from my 'local' dealer.
