Sigma 15mm gelatin filter holder

Can anyone enlighten me on how to use it?

Have tried Google, but came up with nothing helpful.
 
If it's like the 12-24, you have a metal template that comes with the lens. You cut a gelatin filter (the thin plastic filters) to size and then slot it between some holders at the back of the lens.
 
Thanks for your reply. I don't see any slot at the back of the lens, only a plate held on by three screws. Surely you do not have to unscrew that to fit a filter?
 
Ugh. I guess that's where the Nikon 16mm is better - screw in purpose-made filters...
