I'm on my phone so can't see your avatar but are you on Nikon by any chance? If so, that's just the way it is I'm afraid. I think it is Nikon that work backwards to everybody else.

Lol you're not the only one, when I changed from Canon to Nikon it took me ages to get used to change in direction!
