Sigma 50-500 os vs nikon 70-200 + tc2e iii

Hi,
I have a D700, nikon 70-200 + tc2e iii, what I would like to know would I be better selling the tc2e iii and getting the sigma? Or would it be the same and just crop the photo's? Has anybody own both?

Well as you have the 2 of the three can you not go try the sigma. Personally i love my 50-500mm os and against my 70-200mm the nikon has faster af than sigma but with a tc on i would think its about the same. But the sigma has alot more flexibility. And the os is awesome. And the sigmas af is still very good.

I used to have the non OS sigma on my first camera D40X lol wasn't great. So just thinking now I have a D700 the ISO will help with the sigma?
 
well i love mine on my d300 and its just as sharp on my d700, but not really used it to much on the 700.

Very nice photo's, I'm going away in 2weeks hope to use the combo I have with the D700 for the first time to try and get some surfing photos (I hope) and see
What they turn out like.
