Hi Peeps,
I`ve got a Sigma 70-200 2.8 and i`m using it with a D40x, i know there has been alot of people who have either got a sharp copy or soft copy and that generally speaking the lens is always soft at the 200mm end, i`ve done a couple of pictures below along with links to the 100% versions.
Now what do you think of these photos are they as sharp as i`m gonna get from this lens or could i be getting sharper? (which mean returning to sigma to which they`ll prob say nothing is wrong with it)
Exif data is a follows:
Duck: f7.1, 1/400, ISO 400, RAW, Focal Length 145mm
Gul: f7.1, 1/1250, ISO 400, RAW, Focal Length 120mm
Images have been lightly tweaked and sharpened in Photoshop.
