Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG II HSM Macro

Hello

Im looking at getting the 70-200 sigma. I hear that I should get the MKII HSM is it? It is around £100 more (second hand) than the Mk1 HSM so is it worth the extra cash?

I might miss out anyway because I need to transfer money from 2 different banks and they aren't open today
